The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to reply about your project, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Barry Design Studio (registered texas llc, fully insured), 4201 Main St, Houston, TX 77002. Phone (713) 714-6207, email hello@barrydesigns.co.
What we collect
When you send the project form, we receive what you type: your name, email, and if you add them, your phone, business, city and project details (type, size, timeline, budget and message). We also note the page that sent you to our site.
If you call or email us, we receive your number or email address and what you tell us.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, plan your consultation and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.
Where it is stored
Form messages are stored securely in Google Firebase, which also hosts this website. Only Barry Design Studio and its web developer can read them.
Cookies and visit statistics
This site does not use cookies or advertising trackers. To understand how people find us, we keep simple, anonymous visit statistics: which page was viewed, the website or app that sent the visit (for example Google or Instagram), the device type (phone, tablet or computer), and taps on our phone, email and consultation buttons. Your browser keeps a random ID so a repeat visit is not counted twice. We do not record your name, IP address or location with these statistics, and we skip browsers that send a Do Not Track signal.
Your browser may also remember whether you chose the white or dark version of the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and our hosting keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email hello@barrydesigns.co and we will take care of it.
